The Proposal...

We became engaged April 19, 2006. During James' trip to Belgium we took a trip to visit Lieve's sister Natacha's family in France. On the return trip we had almost a whole day in Paris. James carried the ring around in his pocket waiting for the right opportunity.

For supper we found a quiet (empty) cafe, where we had salmon.  After eating James went around the table, got on his knee and proposed.  She said "Yes, by God's grace."
